The Elimin8 Challenge (“The Challenge”) is sponsored by Elimin8, LLC ("Elimin8").

Entry:

Purchasing the Elimin8 Challenger plan or above, automatically enters you into the fitness challenge and consideration for the cash prizes totaling $6,000. Winners will be selected based on the best transformation through the culmination of progress photos while adhering to the fitness program provided. Winners will then become Elimin8 brand ambassadors and their stories and photos will be shared on Elimin8 social media. Since results are shared on social media channels, to be eligible for any and all cash prize you must have an active account on social media channels to help maintain the legitimacy of the contest. All social media accounts must remain active before, during, and for three months after the challenge has ended.

Eligibility:

The Challenge is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older at the time The Challenge commences. The Challenge is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Elimin8, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to The Challenge. Elimin8 reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the Challenge.

Program Details:

In order to enter the Elimin8 4-Week Challenge, contestants would need to create an account and select the Elimin8 Challenger Plan or above. Based on goals and selected plan, contestants will be provided a nutrition and training guide for 4 weeks as well as access to coaches for additional support and guidance. Each contestant must download and print the bi-weekly check-in card and take 3 pictures holding up the Check-In Card with front, side and back views then upload to their account. Photos must be uploaded every week starting the week of October, 14th, 2020. Challenge starts Thursday, October, 15, 2020. At the end of 4 weeks each contestant must upload final 3 progress photos (showing front, side and back views) by 11:59pm PST on Friday, November, 13th, 2020.

Since results are shared on social media channels, to be eligible for any and all cash prize you must have an active account on social media channels to help maintain the legitimacy of the contest. All social media accounts must remain active before, during, and for three months after the challenge has ended.

Dates:

All contestants must upload starting video and photos (front, side, back) with the weekly check-in card (time stamped) starting on Thursday, October, 15, 2020 and at the end of the challenge on Friday, November, 13th, 2020 by 11:59pm PST. Winners will be announced on Elimin8 Challenge Private Facebook page and Elimin8’s social media. Elimin8 reserves the right to modify or change the dates of The Challenge at any time.

Rules:

Weekly progress photos should be posted on the dates outlined above -- weigh yourself first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up then take front, side and back pictures to track your progress. Upload progress photos and update weight in your account page. ANY ATTEMPT TO TAMPER WITH THE CHECK-IN CARDS, THE CHALLENGE, OR FALSIFY ANY PROGRESS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CHALLENGE. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED FOR DISQUALIFICATIONS OF THE CHALLENGE. ALL CHALLENGERS DURING THE TIME PERIOD OF THE CHALLENGE MUST NOT PARTICIPATE OR POST ABOUT ANY COMPETING CHALLENGES, FITNESS OR DIET PROGRAMS. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CASH PRIZE THE CONTESTANT MUST BE ABLE TO ATTRIBUTE THEIR RESULTS SOLELY TO THE ELIMIN8 SYSTEM.

All sales are final. Please note the shipper does not cover customs and duties for shipments.

The Challenge

All contestants are required to upload weekly photos with check in card and weight in order to be considered for prize pools. We recommend uploading your photos first thing in the morning in the same type of clothing as previous photos to see your progress.

Engage with us and post videos and pictures on your social media while tagging @Elimin8Challenge or using hashtag #Elimin8Challenge. By doing so, it’ll help us follow and share your journey with others as well as increase consideration in winner selection.

Prizes:

There will be Five (3) total winners per cycle of The Elimin8 4-Week Challenge.

The prizes will be as follows:

1st Place - $3,000 Cash
2nd Place - $2,000 Cash
3rd Place - $1,000 Cash

The 1st Place Winner will also win an all expenses paid trip to Los Angeles, CA to train with Simeon Panda and receive a three-month Brand Ambassador contract with Elimin8 that includes:

$250 worth of Inno Supps Supplements monthly for three months

Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days. Secondary prizes such as the trip and supplements are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by Elimin8. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All taxes and other expenses related to any prize are the responsibility of the prize winners. ALL CHALLENGERS DURING THE TIME PERIOD OF THE CHALLENGE MUST NOT PARTICIPATE OR POST ABOUT ANY COMPETING CHALLENGES, FITNESS OR DIET PROGRAMS. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CASH PRIZE THE CONTESTANT MUST BE ABLE TO ATTRIBUTE THEIR RESULTS SOLELY TO THE ELIMIN8 SYSTEM.

Please note that Challenge Rules are subject to change. Communication will be sent via email and through the private Facebook group of any changes. The Challenge contestants are responsible for receiving and acknowledging the changes.

Confidentiality:

All content shared within The Challenge is confidential. Contestants agree to not disseminate any information posted or shared in The Challenge with any 3rd parties not participating in The Challenge. Any content disseminated in violation of these rules will be grounds for disqualification from The Challenge and any future Challenges.

Release:

Participation in The Challenge grants Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use, publish, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry in any way, in whole or in part, and to use such entry alone or in combination with other works, as solely determined by Elimin8, in commerce and trade and in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the www.Elimin8.com website and social media, without limitation or compensation to the Participant and without right of notice, review or approval of any such use of the entry in perpetuity. Contestants must be 18 and over to be eligible to enter the program. Submission of an entry further constitutes the Contestant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to Elimin8 any and all rights, title and interest in and to the entry, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. Prior to awarding any prize, the Contestant must agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to sign and return any required Affidavit, Liability and Publicity Releases. Contestants agree to grant Elimin8 the irrevocable right and permission to use, in any manner at all, any photographs and/or videos of contestants posted in the dashboard, or on social media, in whole or in part, modified or altered, for any purposes whatsoever. Except where prohibited, by participating in the challenge and uploading photos, challenger grants permission for Sponsor and its agents to use his/her name, video, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.

Elimin8 assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Elimin8 is not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers' computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by Elimin8 on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.

CAUTION:

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in The Challenge, each participant agrees to release and hold Elimin8 harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in The Challenge and/or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize(s) including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that Elimin8 is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
